The iQOO Z6 Lite 5G is available in two colours: Myst Night and Stellar Green. The phone has a thickness of 8.2mm and weighs 194 grammes. The back panel has a gradient finish with a huge camera island, while the front panel has a waterdrop notch for a selfie camera. The iQOO smartphone's 6.58-inch Full HD+ display has a pixel density of 401ppi. Similarly, the display features an IPS LCD panel with a resolution of 2408 x 1080 pixels. The phone also sports a 120Hz screen refresh rate and an 84.09 percent screen-to-body ratio. A side-mounted fingerprint sensor and facial unlock feature have been introduced for further security.

The newest iQOO Z6 Lite 5G is powered with an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 CPU. The 6nm chipset contains eight Kryo CPU cores capable of running at up to 2GHz. To handle graphics, the Adreno GPU is also incorporated in the SoC. The smartphone comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage space. The internal capacity may be expanded by up to 1 TB by using a dedicated microSD card slot. On the rear, the iQOO smartphone boasts a dual-camera setup with a 50MP primary sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies and video calls, the phone sports an 8MP front-facing camera. The gadget runs the Android 12 operating system and features a customised version of the company's user interface.

The iQOO Z6 Lite 5G is powered by a 5,000mAh battery. In order to charge the battery faster, the company has integrated 18W fast charging capabilities. For connection, the device includes 4G VoLTE, an infrared sensor, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS with GLONASS, dual-SIM, and a USB Type-C port.
