Smartphones Expected to Launch in May

Several smartphone brands are preparing to release new devices in May. Buyers who plan to upgrade may benefit from waiting a few days. Major companies such as Vivo, OPPO, and OnePlus will introduce new models. Other brands will also join with additional launches. Most of these phones focus on camera quality, battery life, and overall performance.

Vivo X300 Series Launch

Vivo will launch two phones under the X300 series on May 6. These are the Vivo X300 Ultra and Vivo X300 FE.
The Vivo X300 Ultra will focus on camera performance. Reports suggest it will include:

• 200 MP main camera
• 50 MP ultra-wide camera
• 200 MP periscope telephoto lens

The expected price may reach up to ₹1 lakh.

The Vivo X300 FE may show a design which resembles the iPhone Air. Its expected price is above ₹60,000.
Both models may include a 6500mAh battery.

OPPO Find X9 Series

OPPO will also launch two devices in May: the Find X9 Ultra and Find X9s.
The Find X9 Ultra will focus on photography, display, and fast charging. The product has already launched in China while it may arrive in India with identical features.

The expected specifications of the device include:

• 200 MP main camera
• 50 MP ultra-wide camera
• 200 MP telephoto lens
• 50 MP front camera
• 7050mAh battery

The Find X9s is expected to come with a 7025mAh battery.

OnePlus Upcoming Models

OnePlus will release two mid-range phones under the Nord series on May 7. These are the Nord CE 6 and Nord CE 6 Lite.

Both models are expected to include an 8000mAh battery.

• Nord CE 6 may cost above ₹30,000
• Nord CE 6 Lite may have a slightly lower price

The company may introduce a premium product named the OnePlus 15s. The phone will concentrate on performance and display and battery life. The device will have a 7500mAh battery and its price will exceed ₹60,000.

Infinix and Other Expected Launches

Infinix will launch the GT 50 Pro. This phone targets gamers in the budget segment. It will likely focus on display quality and high refresh rate. The expected price is around ₹30,000.
