‘Dhurandhar’ Uncut Version to Stream on Netflix and Jio Hotstar

The makers of Dhurandhar have announced the OTT release of the uncut version of the film’s first part,yeah. The updated cut will start streaming on May 22 on both Netflix and Jio Hotstar,so basically same day.

Directed by Aditya Dhar, Dhurandhar features Ranveer Singh in the lead role. The film went on to become a major box-office winner and raked in over ₹1,800 crore worldwide.

As for the uncut version, Dhurandhar Part 1 runs for 3 hours  and 25 minutes. It also has extra segments that weren’t included in the theatrical premiere. The team is expecting that the longer format will pull in those viewers who want a more  full-bodied, deeper telling of the story.

Meanwhile, Dhurandhar Part 2 is also picking up steam on OTT platforms outside India. The movie reportedly got strong viewership after its digital arrival,so you can say its momentum is real.

Back in India, Dhurandhar Part 2 will begin streaming on Jio Hotstar from June 4 at 7:00 PM. Fans can watch in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam. Overseas audiences will be able to stream it on Netflix.

For the second part, the cinema version had a runtime of 3 hours and 49 minutes. For OTT, the time has been stretched to 3 hours  and 52 minutes with added footage.
